The diet books is With balanced nutrition. however just eat a little less. I am ready to begin with it. the Effects may be different with different people. recommend to you as a healthy diet who cannot bear eggs and cucumbers.
First day
Breakfast: a cooked eggs, a shaddock, a bread, a cup of tea
